News @ Noon: Cold Spring Community Showcase Coming-Up On Saturday

COLD SPRING - The 13th annual Cold Spring Community Showcase will be this Saturday at the ROCORI High School.

Coordinator Rita Hennen stopped by the News @ Noon show on WJON today (Tuesday) to talk about the event.

The day starts with a breakfast fundraiser from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. for the Cold Spring Area Historical Society.

Several seminars will be held throughout the day, including: "What's Hot and Trendy for 2014 Perennials", "All Stressed Up And No Where To Go", and "Your Heart's Health".

Look for demonstrations on a variety of things like: Tae Kwon Do, Robotics, and Fused Glass

The Showcase runs until 2:00 p.m. Admission into the event is free.
