Mayor Kleis Talks Airport, Aquatic Center and More [AUDIO]

St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis appeared on WJON for a Radio Town Hall meeting.  He talked about the hope of starting a St. Cloud Regional Airport Authority.  He is trying to get Stearns, Benton and Sherburne County to help share the cost.  Mayor Kleis also comments the progress of the Aquatic Center and answers phone calls.  Listen below.
