Man Threatens to Jump of Train Bridge

ST. CLOUD - Police officers talked a 19-year-old man out of jumping off the train bridge yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon.

The incident happened at about 2:00 p.m. at 2nd Street North and 5th Avenue North.

Officers negotiated with the man for about one hour and forty-five minutes until he agreed to come off the bridge.
