Man Found Allegedly Passed Out Behind the Wheel in Northeast St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police arrested a man after they allegedly found drugs on him.

Officers were called to a welfare check the area of Riverside Drive Northeast and 6th Street Northeast just after 12:30 a.m. this (Tuesday) morning.

They found a vehicle resting against a telephone pole, and the driver passed out.  He's been identified as 44-year-old Matthew Radenbaugh of St. James.  Alleged methamphetamine and marijuana were found on him.

He was brought to the Benton County Jail.
