Man Faces Felony Charge After Violating No Contact Order From Jail
ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud man faces additional charges after police say he broke a no contact order while in jail.
St. Cloud Police say 31-year-old Calvin Cooper was recently arrested and jailed on suspicion of felony domestic assault by strangulation. Officers say while in jail, Cooper broke a no contact order stemming from that arrest.
Due to previous domestic related convictions, Cooper will now be charged with an additional felony.
He remains jailed in Sherburne County.
