Man Arrested For Violating No Contact Order

ST. CLOUD - A man is in jail for allegedly violating a domestic abuse No-Contact Order.

St. Cloud police were called to the 1500 block of Washington Memorial Drive on Sunday around 2 a.m.

They were tipped off that 52 year-old Marc Proell was in the residence along with the person protected under the No Contact Order. He was found in the living room and then arrested.

The violation is considered a felony offense because of the number of previous arrests Proell has for domestic assault.

He was taken to Stearns County Jail.
