Level Three Sex Offender To Move to St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- A Level III sex offender will be moving to the St. Cloud area.

39-year-old Demetris Duncan will be moving in the 800 bock of 14th Avenue South in St. Cloud beginning December 11th.

The St. Cloud Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Corrections will be holding a Community Notification Meeting to answer questions.

The meeting will be held at City Hall in the Council Chambers on December 10th at 6:00 p.m.

Duncan has served his sentence and is not wanted by the police.

He has a history of sexual contact with women.
