Lake George Bike Parade Offers Weekend Family Fun

ST. CLOUD -- The Downtown St. Cloud Kiwanis Club is putting on a Memorial Day weekend bike parade Saturday at Lake George.

Families around the area are invited to the first annual Bike, Trike, and Wagon Parade that offers bike decorating, giveaways and a color guard-led bike ride around Lake George.

"It's going to be a fun morning for sure," says Joe Bauer, Vice President of the Downtown St. Cloud Kiwanis.

"[The Kiwanis] wanted to make sure area kids had a place to go on the Memorial Weekend and get a chance to see what Memorial Day stands for and to have some fun."

The parade is expected to start at 10:30 a.m. with registration beginning at 10:00 a.m.
