The complaint says the victim told officers that she had been out with 23-year-old Ebol James Malith earlier in the night and that Malith had been texting with the victim, demanding she return her bluetooth speaker.
The victim replied that she did not have the speaker and said she would return it to Malith the next day if she found it, the complaint says.
Malith later arrived at the victim’s residence and began banging on the door. She then forced her way and started assaulting the victim, the charges say.
Two other women, identified as 20-year-old Angar James Malith and 22-year-old Adit Malaw Koth also entered the residence. Ebol held the victims hair while Angar and Koth hit the victim in the face, the court document alleges.
The three then fled from the apartment. The court document indicates a witness saw the alleged burglary and assault and tried to intervene.
