Grove City Woman, Girl Hurt in Crash

PAYNESVILLE - A woman and a girl were hurt in a two vehicle crash. The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened at about 7:45 a.m. Monday on Highway 4 in Meeker County, between Paynesville and Grove City.

A car driven by 31-year-old Ashley Schultz of Grove City was going north when she was struck by a car going east on County Road 3.

The second car was driven by 39-year-old Rebecca Vossen-Mathies of Grove City. Vossen-Mathie and her passenger, 12-year-old Kaitlyn Mathies, were both taken to Paynesville Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Schultz was not hurt.
