Cokato Man Struck By Car While Crossing Highway 12 in Wright County

BUFFALO - A 73-year-old man was hit by a car while crossing Highway 12 in Wright County. The State Patrol says the incident happened just after 9:30 a.m. this (Tuesday) morning near Pleasant View Avenue.

A car driven by 82-year-old Arlene Callander of South Haven struck Robert Bergstrom of Cokato. Bergstrom has been taken to Buffalo Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Callander was not hurt.

Bergstrom was not in a crosswalk at the time of the incident.
