Clear Lake Man Hurt in Collision With A Deer

MONTICELLO -- A Clear Lake man is hurt after striking a deer with his car in Wright County Tuesday morning.

The incident happened at about 5:30 a.m. on I-94, two miles west of Highway 25 in Monticello Township.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 65-year-old Allan Zolin was heading east on I-94 when a deer crossed the roadway and was hit by Zolin's car.

Zolin was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
