Buffalo Man Hurt After Crashing in a Ditch

BUFFALO -- A man is hurt after crashing his van on Sunday morning.

The state patrol says the incident happened at 4:30 a.m. on Highway 12 near Commerce Boulevard in Buffalo.

Sixty-seven-year-old Leonard Ellis went into the ditch after swerving to avoid hitting a dog in the road.

Ellis' van then crashed into a telephone pole and rolled. He suffered non life-threatening injuries in the crash.
