Berniece C. Wipper, 91, Clearwater

October 8, 1924 - March 3, 2016

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Clear Lake for Berniece C. Wipper, age 91 of Clearwater who passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Quiet Oaks Hospice House in St. Augusta. Reverend George Sagissor, III will officiate. Private interment will take place at a later date at the Clear Lake Cemetery.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Daniel Funeral Home in Clearwater and after 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the church. There will be a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home in Clearwater.

Berniece was born October 8, 1924 in Clear Lake, Minnesota to John and Agnes (Juhl) Seefeldt. She married Lewis L. Wipper on May 24, 1958 in St. Cloud. Berniece enjoyed vacationing with Lewis, Sunday drives, picnics, cooking, gardening, playing cards, garage sales and her flower gardens. She especially enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Clear Lake.

Berniece is survived by her children, Pam Steffes of Monticello, and Diane (Steve) Schreder of Rice; five grandchildren, Brandon Hanebuth, Nicole Bieniek, Cassandra Steffes, Chris Schreder and Natasha Stauffer; three great grandchildren, Bryce Clark, Aliyah Bieniek and Emma Lentner.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis; parents; son-in-law, Ed Steffes; brother, Leonard; sisters, Virginia Helget and Lorraine Helget.
