Becker Woman Hurt in Crash Near Cold Spring

COLD SPRING -- A Becker woman was hurt in a crash near Cold Spring. The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened just after 10:30 p.m. Monday on Highway 22 near Edgerton Road in Eden Lake Township.

Twenty-seven-year-old Samantha Werner was going north when her car went off the road to the right and struck a tree.

Werner was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Troopers say alcohol may have been involved in the crash.
