Avon Man Hurt in Two Vehicle Crash in St. Augusta

ST. AUGUSTA -- An Avon man was hurt in a crash in St. Augusta. The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Highway 15 and County Road 136.

Troopers say 26-year-old Morgan Alt of St. Augusta was going south on the highway when she went through a red light and struck a car. The car was going west on the county road.

The driver of the car, 33-year-old Aaron Baros of Avon, was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Alt was not hurt.

Troopers say alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
