$100,000 Lottery Ticket Sold in Elk River

ELK RIVER -- There was a big scratch-off lottery winner in Elk River.

The Minnesota State Lottery says someone won $100,000 playing the game CASH.

The winning ticket was sold Monday at a Holiday Stationstore.

The ticket cost $50 to play. The top prize is $100,000. The odds of winning the big prize in the game are one in over 12,000.
