UPDATE: Xcel Restores Power in West St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- Several Xcel Energy customers were without power Thursday evening in St. Cloud.

The electric company reported 29 outages on the west side of St. Cloud. The outage lasted from about 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
