Woman Killed While Crawling Across Highway

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - The Minnesota State Patrol is looking for a driver who struck and killed a 28-year-old woman crawling across Interstate 35 East in St. Paul Friday night.

Emily Boone of Maple Grove was killed in the hit-and-run incident around 9:30 p.m. Friday.

Police say Boone was on the overpass near Grand Avenue in St. Paul when she went over the edge and landed on I-35. Investigators believe she was crawling across the highway when she was hit by a car.

The Minnesota State Patrol is asking anyone who witnessed the accident to contact the agency with information at 651-201-7000.
