Who Makes the Best Custom Cupcakes in Central Minnesota?

There are a few things that kids and adults alike really enjoy. A lot of kids and adults have in common the fact that they have a sweet tooth.

 And among the things that are on the list of sweet treats, cupcakes are near top of the list. Sometimes adults downplay how much they enjoy cupcakes, but most of us really do like them.  

That’s why a recent question in one of the local Facebook groups caught my attention. Someone was asking about where they could get good custom-made cupcakes within about a 30-to-40-minute drive of St. Cloud? 

And to prove my earlier point of how much adults like their cupcakes, there was an extensive list provided by residents from the area.  

Tommy and Cristy said Songbird Kitchens in Rice offered the best cupcakes around.  

Christina offered DEM Cakes in Sartell as a good option.  

Amanda, Bethany, Jamie, Rae and Jessi all say that AHTA Cakes in St. Cloud has always been a good choice for them. 

Isabella offered Angel Food Bakery and Coffee Bar 

Cristy, Marieanne, and Dawn each said Little Sister Bake Shoppe in Royalton will likely be able to prepare what you want.  

Hailey says hands down it’s Albany Home Bakery. 

Jess who owns Sweet Mess Creation’s says she would love to earn your business. Holly and Brian also put their vote in for Sweet Mess. 

Shane says that in his opinion, Dolsie's Lunch Box in St. Cloud is the best. 

Jeff chimed in with Any Thyme Catering in Litchfield.  

Sarah swears by Candied and Caked by Callie. 

Cathie says that Korppi Coffee and Bakeshop in St. Cloud is worth a call.  

Mary said that if you want cupcakes, you should check out Cold Spring Bakery. 

There were several people who suggested Nadia Cakes in Maple Grove.  

Jolie Olie's also was suggested for consideration.

There were also people saying they got custom cupcakes at the Wal-Mart in Sartell and at Sam’s Club that were tasty and decorated well.  

So, the next time you need cupcakes for an occasion, or you just need to feed your sweet tooth, you’ve got a lot of good options to choose from.
