The big event this week is obviously the State Fair. If the Great Minnesota Get-Together and Labor Day Weekend are not enough signs that summer is coming to an end, then school starting and the professional football regular season starting should convince you.

The Vikings' last pre-season game is Friday night; tune in to see what surprises make the team, and whether JJ McCarthy can hang onto the #2 QB spot or if Carson Wentz steals that away too.  Someday the purple might find their franchise QB.

Don't forget about the Mill Stream Art Festival in St. Joseph too, for a fun day out right here.
