Volunteers Serve Up Dinner, Good Will at Salvation Army During the “Week of Action” [VIDEO]

ST. CLOUD - The United Way of Central Minnesota's  "Week of Action" is on, and it's full-speed ahead.

Dozens of volunteers spent last week signing up to serve at non-profits in communities all over central Minnesota from today until Friday.

Today, one group from the College of St. Benedict and St. John's University - featured in this video -  is busy preparing a hotdish and garlic bread for forty people at the Salvation Army in St. Cloud.

The"Week of Action" rounds out with a volunteer expo next Friday, September 30th from  2:30-5:00 pm at the St. Cloud Public Library, where people can learn more about how to stay involved with different organizations on a long-term basis.
