UPDATE: Sheriff Releases Name Of Man Accused Of Shooting At, Chasing Wife

ST. CLOUD - An update to a story we first told you about on Saturday. The Stearns County Sheriff's Office has released the name of the man who is accused of shooting at his estranged wife. They say he's 66-year-old Gary Vogt of St. Joseph.

The incident started just before 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning on County Road 4 in St. Wendel Township. One vehicle was chasing the other. The second vehicle then rammed into the pursued vehicle and gunshots were fired. The pursuit continue into St. Cloud where the vehicles collided one more time and the driver of the pursuing vehicle fired several rounds into the first vehicle. Deputies say the pursuing vehicle then left the scene and was later stopped by officers near the Sauk Rapids bridge.

The 63-year-old woman was taken to St. Cloud Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
