PAYNESVILLE - Clean-up a derailed train is nearly complete in Paynesville.

Canadian Pacific spokesman Mike Lovecchio says most of the cars have been removed from the site, and they're in the final stages of the track reconstruction.  He says they're expecting to get certified for operation and have the trains running again this (Wednesday) afternoon.

Lovecchio cautions residents of the Paynesville area, because there's a backlog of trains that haven't been running since the train derailed on Monday afternoon, there will be a lot of extra train traffic over the next 24-hours or so.

The cause of the derailment is still being investigated.
