ST. CLOUD - Three people were hurt and one car started on fire after a two-car crash.

St. Cloud Police and the St. Cloud Fire Department were called to the intersection of 25th Avenue and 2nd Street South today (Wedensday) at about 7:45 a.m.

When they arrived, they found one car engulfed in flames. Police determined 59 year old Robert Lintgen of St. Cloud had gone through a red light, crashing into a vehicle driven by 26 year old Joshua Nolte of Pequot Lakes and starting it on fire.

Nolte and 21 year old passenger Brittany Furnahl of St. Cloud were taken to St. Cloud Hospital with minor injuries.

Lintgen refused medical treatment at the scene.

Lintgen was cited for failure to stop, and Nolte was cited for no proof of insurance.
