The Central Minnesota Youth Ski Club is holding their last Nordic Skiing event this Sunday. The fun starts runs from 1:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for children 4-14. You are asked to register your child before the event. Costs is $45 per skier with all proceeds going to the youth ski club. Snacks will also be available.
St. Cloud's premier burlesque show is back for their four-year anniversary show at Pioneer Place this weekend. Founded and produced by local burlesque entertainer Scarlette Revolver, the show is an outrageous display of the best burlesque, sideshow, magic, aerial and comedy entertainment you've even seen. Tickets for the show $20 in advance, $25 at the door and $35 for VIP. Show time starts tomorrow (Friday) at 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Host of the popular TV show The Soup Joel McHale is making a stop in Minnesota this weekend. McHale recently wrapped up his twelfth and final season of The Soup. He also starred in five seasons of the hit series, Community and can now be seen on his new show, The Great Outdoors. Tickets for the show are just $39 and are going quickly. Show time starts at 8:00 p.m. tomorrow (Friday) night.
It's a sport not often talked about but St. Cloud has a team ready for action this weekend. The SCAR Dolls are gearing up for a home bout Saturday night. It's a sport unlike you have ever seen before and crowds continue to grow every year. Tickets for the show can be found at Granite City Comics or the Skatin Place. They are $8 in advance at $12 at the door. The bout goes from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday night.
One of Minnesota's top Beatles tribute bands takes the stage at Medina Entertainment Center. Rubber Soul is a five piece band that features the entire Beatles history in one night. It's a performance for all audiences and will leave you singing every song. This is a 21+ show. Tickets run $12 at the door. The doors open at 8:00 p.m. and show starts at 8:30 p.m.
