ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud Police have made two arrests in a vandalism spree that damaged property at as many as 20 northwest St. Cloud homes.

Police were called to the area of Northwood Lane at about 2:15 a.m. Monday on a vandalism complaint. Officers discovered several homes and vehicles had been vandalized.

Damage included spray painted buildings, broken windows, slashed tires, scratched vehicles, broken mailboxes and damaged lawn ornaments.

Police identified a 14-year-old St. Cloud boy who ultimately confessed to the vandalism and he was released to his parents. A second suspect, a 13-year-old California boy was also identified and implicated in the crimes.

The two teens are being charged with felony criminal damage to property and other related offenses.

Affected property owners are requesting restitution in the case.
