Stearns County Offering E-mail Option For Property Tax Statements

ST. CLOUD -- Stearns County is the first county in the state to offer property tax statements via e-mail.

You now have the option to sign up to have your truth-in-taxation and property tax statements e-mailed to you rather than sent through the mail..

County Auditor-Treasurer Randy Schreifels says it will be more convenient, faster and save the county money.

He says it will also make storing the documents electronically easier for you.

If you sign up before March 1st you can have this year's statement e-mailed. After that date, you will have next year's information e-mailed.
