St. Peter Couple Killed in Local Crash

ST. PETER, Minn. (AP) - A St. Peter couple has died in a local traffic crash and a third person has been injured.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 76-year old Allen Cole and 75-year old Marilyn Cole died in an accident Thursday about 4:30 p.m.

The couple was northbound on Highway 169, made a left turn and was struck by an oncoming car.

The driver of the oncoming car suffered non-life threatening injuries.
