St. Cloud Police Arrest Alleged Drunk Driver

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police arrested a 30-year-old St. Cloud man for allegedly driving drunk.

Officers were called to the 500 block of West St. Germain Street just before 2:00 a.m. this (Monday) morning.

They found Christopher Ratcliff in the driver's seat, with the vehicle running.  He's expected to be charged with 1st Degree DWI and 1st Degree Test Refusal, due to prior convictions.
