St. Cloud Man Arrested After High Speed Chase

ST. CLOUD - A 30-year-old man has been arrested after leading police on a short high speed chase in a stolen vehicle.

The incident started at about 12:50 p.m. yesterday (Monday) near 5th Avenue North and 1st Street North in St. Cloud.

Eventually the driver stopped, and there were no injuries.  The driver was identified as Phongsavanh Saengchanthalath of St. Cloud.
