ST. CLOUD -- Work on the West Metro Corridor project can take place at night after the St. Cloud City Council approved the request this week.

The night work won't be very common but could happen five to six times over the course of the project. Night work will be necessary in times when a complete road closure is needed and can't be accomplished during the day.

Contractors must request permission to work at night two to three days in advance and nearby residents will be notified.
