Speed Limit Going Up On 3rd Street North

WAITE PARK -- The speed limit is going up on a popular corridor behind Crossroads Center.

A speed study by the Minnesota Department of Transportation and Stearns County has determined the speed limit on 3rd Street North should be increased to 35 miles per hour.

The new speed limit will be from Highway 15 in St. Cloud to Division Street in Waite Park near the Parkwood 18 movie theatre.

The signs are being changed today and the new speed limit goes into effect immediately.
