Update: Southbound Lane of Highway 15 Reopened in St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation says a southbound lane of Highway 15 was closed on Friday between 3rd and Division until about 1:00 p.m. due to large debris on road.

It was cleaned-up and the lane was reopened just before 1:00 p.m.
