SCSU to Announce New A.D. on Friday

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud State University will announce their new Athletic Director tomorrow (Friday).  A news conference has been scheduled for 9:00 a.m. a the University's Welcome Center.

The three finalists for the position interviewed for the job yesterday (Thursday).

Those interviewed are: Josh Fenton, the associate director-external relations at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Daniel Schumacher, director of athletics at Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois.  And Heather Weems, associate athletics director/senior woman administrator at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

Long time current athletic director Morris Kurtz is retiring.
