SARTELL - Sartell Police have released information on the caller of the bomb threat at the Sartell Walmart that happened on Wednesday.

A 17-year-old autistic boy was identified as the caller of the bomb threat after he was interviewed by Willmar Police and admitted to making bomb threat calls to the Sartell Walmart, Willmar Walmart, and New York Police Department.

The case will be sent to the Stearns County Attorney's office to review for charges.

The bomb threat was called in around 7:10 p.m. on Wednesday January 22nd. The search didn't reveal any explosives and an all clear was given about an hour and a half later.
