Sartell Man Charged With 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct [VIDEO]

SARTELL - A Sartell man is charged with 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old girl.

According to the criminal complaint, the girl's mother told police her daughter was in a sexual relationship with then 17-year-old Dante Perrault. The two were dating between October 2015 to May 2016.

During that time Perrault and the girl admitted to authorities to having sex at least three different times and that she was 13-years-old when it started. She also knew Perrault was 17-year-old at the time.

The two broke up in June 2016. If convicted, Perrault could face up to ten years in prison and a $20,000 fine.
