Ryan Larson Arrested for Violating Conditions of Release
BUFFALO -- The man who was first arrested, but released without charges in the Cold Spring Police officer killing has been arrested again.
Ryan Larson was arrested on a bench warrant in Wright County. County Attorney Tom Kelly says Larson is accused of violating the terms of his release on felony stalking charges.
Larson posted $10-thousand bail Monday, but was to hand over all guns and his permit to carry to the sheriff's office within 24 hours. Kelly says he failed to do so and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Larson was arrested at 1:30 this (Friday) morning. He is scheduled to appear in court today so a judge can consider whether to impose additional bail or conditions.
Kelly says no additional charges will be filed.
