Princeton Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash in Sherburne County

BLUE HILL TOWNSHIP - A Princeton man has been killed in a motorcycle crash. The Sherburne County Sheriff's Office says the incident happened just after 6:30 p.m. last (Sunday) night in Blue Hill Township on 17th Street Southeast.

Deputies found 53-year-old Neil Larson in the ditch. He was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.  Authorities say he was not wearing a helmet. The preliminary investigation shows speed apparently was a factor.

This is reportedly the first motorcycle death in Minnesota this season.
