
Police Arrest 3 After Chase Through Sauk Rapids and Sartell
SAUK RAPIDS - Three people were arrested on Monday after a police chase in the Sauk Rapids-Sartell area.
The incident happened at about 10:15 a.m. Sauk Rapids Police and the Violent Offenders Task Force tried to stop a vehicle with 31-year-old Jaqueline Garcia-Alvarez inside, because she had a narcotics warrant for her arrest.
The driver of the vehicle, 48-year-old Bobbi McKindles would not stop and lead police on a chase through Sauk Rapids.
The chase ended in Sartell near Highway 15 and Stearns County Road 1. Garcia-Alverez was taken to the Benton County Jail and McKindles was arrested for driving under the influence and for fleeing police officers.
A third passenger in the vehicle, 20-year-old Shauna Clement was also arrested for a felony narcotics warrant.
