He says the roundabout on 2nd Street South will be open in all directions but north by 7:00 p.m. tonight (Thursday).

Pinecone Road from 2nd Street South to 7th Street North will remain closed but is expected to be re-opened to traffic on September 1st, and 2 1/2 Street North at Pinecone Road will be closed to east-west traffic at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday and will re-open September 1st.

Phase two improvements which includes roundabouts on Pinecone Road at the intersections of Scout Drive and Heritage drive will begin Monday.

Traffic will be limited to one lane in each direction until it's completed on October 16th.

You can expect delays and are asked to take alternative routes.

Traffic on Scout Drive from the west will be required to use Troop Drive and vehicles wishing to travel south on Pinecone Road from westbound Heritage Drive are asked to use Roberts Road.
