FOLEY -- A woman who is accused of murdering her ex-husband in Sauk Rapids last November has pleaded not guilty and will take her case to trial.

39-year-old Angelina O'Mara appeared in Benton County Court Wednesday for a pre-trial hearing where court officials then set aside two weeks in early November for her trial.

The trial is scheduled to start November 5th.

O'Mara is charged with first and second degree murder in the death of James O'Mara. He was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head in his Sauk Rapids apartment.

O'Mara also faces murder charges in Wisconsin after her boyfriend, Michael Pies was found dead from a gunshot wound to the head in an Ashland hotel room just days later.
