ALEXANDRIA, Minn. (AP) - Prosecutors won't bring charges in a
boating crash that killed two people on Lake Victoria in Douglas County in May.

Douglas County Attorney Chad Larson says that he closely examined the results of an investigation by the sheriff's office and it was clear alcohol led to the crash.

However, Larson says the driver of the boat was killed and there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute any of the passengers for a related crime.

Those killed were 27-year-old Nicole Marie Getz and 30-year-old Matthew Paul Spletzer, both of Alexandria.
