Nine Businesses Fail Alcohol, Tobacco Compliance Check

ST. CLOUD - The St. Cloud police department conducted alcohol and tobacco compliance checks over the past several months.

Of 54 businesses that sell tobacco, three failed by selling a tobacco product to an underage compliance checker. They are: Electric Fetus, St. Cloud Tobacco, and Speed Stop on 9th Avenue South.

Of 78 businesses who sell alcohol, six failed by selling alcohol to an underage checker.   They are: Biology 701, Mt's on 8th, the Municipal Athletic Complex, RJ's American Grill, Shooters, and Southway Bowl.

The employees responsible for the sale are facing charges.
