News @ Noon: Minnesota-Based Renters Warehouse Under New Ownership

WAYZATA - The Minnesota-based company Renters Warehouse has a new owner. The Northern Pacific Group of Wayzata bought the rental property management company last month.

St. Cloud Renters Warehouse franchise owner Barry Kukowski says he's had the local franchise for about two years, and he already has about 200 properties that he manages. They are in 43 cities around central Minnesota.

Besides St. Cloud, Renters Warehouse has franchises in Minnesota in the Twin Cities, Rochester, and Mankato. They have a total of 28 locations in 19 states.

New owner Peter Offenhauser was on the News Noon show on WJON today (Wednesday) and says the company is growing rapidly.

Winsted-native Brenton Hayden founded the company in 2007 at the age of 21.
