New London Motorcycle Driver in Serious Condition After Crash

NEW LONDON - A New London man is in serious condition after the motorcycle he was driving collided with a pickup.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the incident happened at about 6:30 p.m. last (Friday) at the intersection of Highway 9 and 2nd Avenue Northeast in Kandiyohi County.

The driver of the motorcycle was 32-year-old James Knutson. The driver of the pickup was 41-year-old Joseph Schaeffer of New London.

The pickup was crossing the highway when the crash happened.
