Motorcyclist Hurt in Cokato Crash

COKATO  -- A motorcycle was rear-ended by an SUV Thursday morning.

The incident happened at the intersection of Highway 12 and Broadway Street in Cokato.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the motorcyclist, 80-year-old David Yaeger of Delano, was stopped at a red light on Highway 12 when he was struck from behind by an SUV.

Yaeger was taken to the Hutchinson Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the SUV, 57-year-old Joylyn Watson of Dassel was not hurt in the crash.
