Meeker County Fire Causes $80,000 in Damages
COLLINWOOD TOWNSHIP - Authorities responded to a machine shed fire in Meeker County on Thursday night.
The Meeker County Sheriff's Office says authorities responded to the fire at 10:15 p.m. at 74496 County State Aid Highway 29 in Collinwood Township.
The shed was owned by Kyle Pawlicki of rural Dassel. A baler used earlier in the day was believed to have started the blaze.
Several pieces of farm equipment were lost. The fire caused $80,000 in damages.
The Meeker County Sheriff's Office, Dassel Fire Department, Cokato Fire Department, Hutchinson Fire Department and Litchfield Fire Department responded to the blaze.
