Man Arrested After Allegedly Throwing Rock Through Car Window

ST. CLOUD - A 30-year-old St. Paul man has been arrested after St. Cloud police say he threw a rock through a window.

The incident happened at about 6:40 p.m. last (Wednesday) night in the 200 block of 19th Avenue North.

A 29-year-old resident called police after Steven Cottier allegedly threw the rock at a car occupied by the victim and three kids.  There were no injuries.

Police returned to the scene at about 8:30 p.m. and found Cottier hiding inside the home.

He's facing charges of felony domestic assault, 2nd degree assault, three counts of disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property.
