ST. CLOUD -- The man accused of holding up the SuperAmerica store in St. Cloud last December has pleaded guilty. Twenty-four-year-old Lavonta Lofton has pleaded guilty to first degree aggravated robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Court records show Lofton walked into the store on 32nd Avenue North, displayed a handgun, placed a plastic bag on the counter and demanded the clerk put the money inside.

Lofton was arrested about two weeks later after holding up the Knotty Pine Liquor Store in east St. Cloud. He pleaded guilty to that crime last month and will be sentenced June 15th.
